Sr. Brega Whelan is founder of the Beaumont Institute of Complementary Therepies.
She has trained in many therapies like Biotherapy, Craneo Sacro Therepy, Kinesiology, etc. But her first love was, and still is Reflexology which she still teaches in Ireland.
Sr. Brega has had articles published in the journal for The National Register of Reflexologist and in newspapers in Ireland. She has been interviewed in several radio and television programs.
